The Range
The Sungrow battery range we install
Sungrow makes two modular battery families — the SBR and the larger SBH — both paired with Sungrow SH hybrid inverters. We help you choose the right one during a free design consultation.
The Sungrow SBR uses 3.2 kWh battery modules. You stack them from 6.4 kWh up to 25.6 kWh per unit, and run up to four units in parallel for 102.4 kWh.
The SBR is DC-coupled, so it is paired with a Sungrow SH hybrid inverter in single or three-phase configurations.
The SBH uses larger 5 kWh modules and scales from 20 kWh up to 40 kWh per stack, with up to four systems in parallel for a maximum of 160 kWh.
